Hello there!

Yes, the Shining Bright stamp by Visible Image is my top. 

This time I've used it as a shaker card 

with golden sequins inside the bulb. 

For the background I used Stars & Stripes stencil

and a Nuvo Embellishment Mousse. 

The sentiment says "Happy Birthday" in Polish.
