I opted for a bird as I was inspired by Tim Holtz last live about the new fabrics.
I was crazy about the effect he got by stitching the tiles with contrasting cream strands.
I haven't got any nice looking fabric to can stitch so I just stitched a watercolor paper
which I colored with Distress Oxide Inks. I know it's not the same but still love it.
I cut out several elements for later and here used a stitched bird :)
