Today is the day of the newest Simon Says Stamp Holiday release
MAKING SPIRITS BRIGHT
Here is my take on using Frozen Fractals Stencil set:
I used the stencils on 2 white and 2 kraft tags applying texture paste,
giving colors with Distress Oxide Inks and Prima Metallique Paints,
finally I randomly touched the tags with embossing ink
and spread White Embossing Powder.
