Food & Drink

Hello crafters!
This week it's all about FOOD and DRINK

As always you can win a $50 voucher and spend it

I made this female, wine and flourish card first
and then I got such involved that I thought it was a good idea
to make a masculine one too!
So I made a set of wine cards and still have some of the bottles and glasses stamped out which means there will be more soon.

I stamped and embossed several versions of this pretty Blueprints, for some future projects. I have them in black, grey and even white on a vellum.
For this project I took the ones stamped and embossed in black.

I got so addicted that I haven't made any other picture of the process, sorry!
First I stamped the background and embossed with SSS white powder.
The surface was colored with Distress Oxide Hickoty Smoke and a touch of Antique Linen, the edges marked with Black Distress Crayon.

The glass was colored with Aged Mahagony Stain and Antique Linen.
The background of the panel was touched with Hickory Smoke.
I also colored in black and then fussy-cut the corch and placed with 3D dots.
The flowers were taken from the Prima St. Tropez paper collection!

The masculine verion is more vintaged and a bit nautical, too.
The background paper and the pieces of different patterns are taken from
St. Tropez paper collection, as well.

Transport

Let me invite you to join Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge again!
Today we challenge you to TRANSPORT IT!

Remmeber that you can win a $50 voucher and spend it
over Simon Says Stamp Store having lots of fun!

I went into a masculine card with a mixed ways of transport.
We have a bicycle here and a hot air balloon. Why limit to just one?

I started with stamping and heat embossing the bike and the newspaper.
First I stamped the bike with Distress Oxide Black Soot
and treated it with SSS Clear Embossing Powder.
Then I covered the image with a piece of paper a bit bigger than the stamp
and went into stamping and embossing the rest.
The SSS Good Reading Background stamp is Hickory Smoke stamped
and embossed in clear again.

Then I colored the background with Distress Oxide Inks colors below:

Finally I took the Hot Air Balloon stamped into a tissue paper,
cut it out and glued to the background with Gel Medium.
Colored with Aged Mahogany Distress Stain and covered with
my favorite Rock Candy Crackle Paint.

And... I really LOVE Snarky sentiments like crazy! They are so much ME!
And... this one is absolutely about me.
I really do not have any sense of direction, people who know me, can confirm.
So if the GPS map tells me to go east or north-west, I stop to be nice, lol!
